You can enter in your own measuments and get instructions to make a pattern just right for your size. You may still want to use a paper bag or simular matirial to cut out the pattern on and tape over it so it has a little firmness. You'll need grommets for teh lacing, you can find those at a craft store, make sure you get ones that don't need a special machine to use, get the kind you just push together. I've also heard you can use a craft zipper, but i've never tried that.
